Dr. Cherilyn Hanna-Mahase trained at the University of the West Indies and completed residency at Detroit Medical Center / Wayne State. She is Market Medical Director at Upperline Health in Orlando, Florida, and CEO of Chesapeake Leadership Enterprise.
Her defining milestone is building the Bahamas’ first accredited Family Medicine postgraduate training program, work that reshaped healthcare education across the Caribbean. She is a published researcher and the creator of the Lead from Within Leadership Model™.
